After the exchange of vows, the party begins. Guests move towards the pool and the baglio's vegetable garden, where a sunset aperitif awaits: trays of freshly prepared Sicilian finger foods, local wines, cocktails flavored with herbs from the garden, and small specialties that showcase the island's cuisine. The sunset colors the countryside, and the evening continues with a long table under the suspended lights, in perfect Sicilian village festival style.
